War is unending, it is relentless and it consumes all.
Herald of War - Once per combat, you can bellow a spectral horn, up to 10 allies within 30ft of you are inspired. For the next minute, you and your allies deal an additional 1d12 force damage on any melee or ranged weapon attack they make.
Unrelenting battle - you can target one creature you can see withing 15ft of you. For the next minute, that creature cannot drop below 1hp and is frenzied.
