You have fought the flames many times. Their residual embers burrow into your essence, changing you into something
During an emotional response(be it anger, lust, hatred or other strong feeling), your eyes ignite in flames. The color of which is determined during the quest you have received this.
In addition, you are able to wield small flames in your hands. These flames ignite non magical material, even metal. The flames extinguish with a command word "Cleanse". Objects ignited with these flames are cleaned of rust, weathering, and repaired from minor damage but does not repair broken items.
