Dashing duelist

At first glance the Dashing duelist could be mistaken for a Thesbian dandy on his way to the theater.  Your charm and grace often fool people into a false sense of security.  Unlike the brutish Mongols who bash and hack their way through combat, you engage in a stylish performance of a most deadly dance.  

All finesse weapons give you +2 AC

You can reroll all 1's on damage dice

Once per combat you can add your Charisma modifier to your damage and your attack roll.  At the same time or on different attacks.

Your Charisma modifier is added to your AC as long as your clothes are clean and your hair is perfect. (DM's discretion)

You are proficient in Charisma saving throws and you may roll Charisma instead of Dexterity on all Dexterity saving throws.
