This feat is designed to improve and buff the standard 5e monk. If the monk class is chosen, this feat is automatically given, and you gain the following benefits:

• Your hit point maximum increases by an amount equal to twice your level when you gain this feat. Whenever you gain a level thereafter, your hit point maximum increases by an additional 2 hit points.
• You gain additional Ki points equal to your proficiency plus wisdom modifier.
• You gain the Improved Unarmed Strike. This attack starts at a d6 instead of a d4, and scales up to a d12.
