Familiar Bond

You and your familiar have a deep connection that offers you the following benefits:

• Your familiar gains additional HP equal to halve your HP (round up) but it can't gain more HP than you maximal have, with this feature.
• While your familiar is within 100 feet of you can use your action, to teleport to its positions, this will dispel your familiar.
• As long your familiar is within 10 feet of you, can it hold concentration for one spell you cast.
• When your familiar is within your line of sight and no more then 100 feet away from you, can you cast a spell, that has a cast time of 1 action and an instantaneous effect, with the familiar as point of origin.
