You have been born from the royal bloodline tied with Dragons. You gain the following benefits:

DRAGON FORM

  • Starting at 3rd level, you can use your action to unleash the draconic energy within yourself, causing a beastial form to take over. Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. During it, you gain the form of a young sapphire dragon including all features and traits that come with it, growing with your levels. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest

MORTAL FORM

  • Increase your Constitution or Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • Dragons features. you gain a counter equal to your proficiency bonus that resets on long rests. each counter can be expended to do one of the following:
    • Dragon’s breath-As a reaction, the player can unleash a blast of fiery breath, causing a target within 30 feet to be engulfed in draconic flame. The creature must make a dex saving throw, taking 2d10 fire on a failed save or half on a successful save.
    • Dragon’s claws/bite-As a bonus action, the player can use their draconic teeth or claws to make an unarmed attack, dealing 1d4+strength mod damage.
    • Dragon’s wings-As a reaction, the player can unleash their wings to shield them, or another being within 5 feet, adding 5 to the targets ac temporarily. It can be used for one minute of flight.
  • When you use your breath weapon, you can expend one of your Hit Dice and roll it. If you roll an even number, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to the number rolled. If you roll an odd number, one random creature within 30 feet of you (not including you) takes force damage equal to the number rolled. If no other creatures are in range, you take the damage.

You also develop a random effect table based off the dragon type chosen. With each level gained, the dc drops. each night the player must roll a d20. On a 10 or greater they must then roll on the table.
