You know how to use old-fashioned techniques and equipment to spur creatures on to great feats of agility and endurance.
Requires: Antique Riding Crop.
Whilst wielding an Antique Riding Crop you may use the Giddyup! Action on any friendly creature within 5 feet of you, or that you are mounted upon. This action can be performed on a creature only once per round, no matter how many other creatures are mounted upon it.
The creature suffers bludgeoning damage equal to your Dexterity Modifier and you must then roll 1d6, subtracting the number of previous consecutive turns that the Giddyup! action has been used on the target creature (including by other creatures currently riding it). On a '1' or less the creature becomes 'Distressed', on any other result, the creature becomes 'Spurred On'.
Until the beginning of your next turn, a 'Spurred On' creature can use the Dash action as a Bonus Action, and if it does so, it triples its walking speed instead of doubling it.
A creature that instead becomes 'Distressed' has its walking speed reduced to 0 until the end of its next turn, and any creatures mounted upon it must pass a Strength Save with a DC equal to the mount's Strength value (or 10, whichever is higher) or be thrown from the creature, landing in a random space adjacent to it and taking (2d6) bludgeoning damage from the fall, becoming Prone. The creature may also use its Reaction to make an Opportunity Attack against you.
