When choosing this feat your Constitution score increases by one and you gain the following affects:
- When you are damaged by a critical hit, you may use a reaction, a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest, to negate the critical effect.
- Additionally, you may use a bonus action to use one of these charges to give yourself advantage on your next saving throw.
