You learn to call on the power of your blood. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• While at or below half your current hit points upon taking damage, you can use your reaction to expend a hit die. You gain resistance to all damage except force and psychic damage until the start of your next turn.
