Dual wielder feat rework by SoapingLance

You master fighting with two weapons, gaining the following benefits:

• Whenever you attack and you are wielding a weapon in each hand, you can make a free extra attack with your offhand weapon, the attack has a -3 penalty to its attack roll if you wield 2 weapons and one of them is not a dagger, if one of those weapons is a dagger the penalty becomes a -2, you cannot make more than 2 extra attacks per round even if your class has a third attack feature.

• While dual wielding if you wield a heavy one handed weapon you cannot use the great weapon master feat.

• You can use two-weapon fighting even when the one handed melee weapons you are wielding aren't light.

• You can draw or stow two one-handed weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
