Some dragons can bestow the gift of their magical breath on their acolytes. When you are blessed in such a way, it replaces the Dragon's ability to use their breath weapon.
On initiative 20 - as the dragon's lair action, you can use your holy symbol to use the Disorientating Breath.
Disoreintating Breath (Recharge 5-6). A magical fog quickly spreads in a 30ft radius from your holy symbol. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw, taking 10d6 psychic damage on a failed save and take a level of exhaustion, or half as much damage on a successful save and no level of exhaustion.
All levels of exhaustion gained in this way can be cured with one long rest.
