1: You gain xd4 bonus damage to any attacks

2: You gain xd6 bonus damage to any attacks

3: You gain xd8 bonus damage to any attacks

4: You gain xd10 bonus damage to any attacks

Amount of dice increases every 2 level 

If you are flanking with an ally the bonus damaged is shared
