Cleaver

 You have learned to make great sweeping slashes with your weapon, giving you the following effects:

• Increase your Strength or Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Once per turn when you hit a creature with an attack that deals slashing damage, you can reduce the speed of the target by an additional 5 feet until the start of your next turn.
• When you score a critical hit on a creature, you may make an additional attack against a different creature as part of the same action that you used to make the attack that triggered the critical hit.
