Frost Winds of Cania

You learn to siphon the power of Cania. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Intelligence or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• When you roll cold damage for a spell you cast, you can reroll any roll of 1 on the cold damage dice, but you must use the new roll, even if it is another 1.
• Whenever you cast a spell that deals cold damage, you draw the element of ice into a swirling aura surrounding your body, creating a 5 foot radius of snowy or icy rough terrain around yourself. The 5 foot radius around you is considered difficult terrain. If a creature within the 5 foot radius makes a melee attack, it takes 1d4 cold damage. The aura Lasts until the end of your next turn.
