You lust after the power of your vampire masters and have developed the ability to perform a vampire's bite attack. The toll that the attack takes on you to perform currently only makes it possible for you to do once per long rest.
- Melee Weapon Attack: DEX + proficiency to hit (when both hands are free roll with advantage, having something in both hands rolls with disadvantage, reach 5 ft., one willing creature, or a creature that is grappled by you, incapacitated, restrained, or fails a perception check DC 10. Hit: (1d6 + DEX/STR depending on the approach) piercing damage plus (3d6) necrotic damage. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken, and you regain hit points equal to that amount. The reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit points to 0.
