Your body has been modified in some way, so much so that it's fighting back. After a long rest, roll a d10. On a 2-10, nothing happens. On a 1, roll on the Growths table. If you do not roll a 1, after the following long rest you roll on the Growths table on a 1 or 2, and so on for days following until you roll on the Growths table, resetting the counter.
