You understand where your family got this darkness, they just went about it in the worst ways possible. Will you do the same thing? Will you use this new darkness for your selfish desires, are you any different than your family? You tap into this newly found darkness pulling on all of your emotions like tidal waves as you get surrounded in shadow.
As a reaction you can use the following when hit with a single target attack:
- You teleport yourself to an unoccupied space you can see within range. Immediately after you disappear, a shadowy blade lashes around you, and each creature within 10 feet of the space you left must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 Necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
- You gain +5 Natural damage (Whatever damage type the attack is at the time)
- You gain one level of exhaustion
You can use this reaction 2 times per long rest
