Dual Wield Expert

You must first have the Dual Wielder Feat. Thanks to extensive practice Dual Wielding, you gain the following benefits:

• While Dual Wielding, you may use your Reaction to create a protective barrier in front of you and those within a 15 ft cone behind you by preparing to deflect oncoming projectiles. Until the beginning of your next turn, you and any creature of your choice within the 15 foot cone is treated as having taken the Dodge Action when attacked by projectiles.
• You gain an additional +1 AC when DUAL Wielding.
• When you use the Attack action and attack with a one-handed weapon, you can replace your normal Bonus Action off-hand Attack with up to a number of offhand attacks that are equal to half of your Proficiency Bonus, rounded down.
