High Shaman

Your unusually high Intelligence allows you to access shamanistic abilities other lizardfolk cannot.

When you take this feat, touch one staff or quarterstaff that you own. It becomes your shamanic focus. You can use your shamanic focus as a spellcasting focus for any spells you know or have prepared that can be cast with a focus. When you finish a long rest, you can touch a different staff or quarterstaff and make it your shamanic focus.

In addition, choose one 1st-level spell and one 2nd-level spell from the cleric, druid, or wizard spell lists. While holding your shamanic focus, you can cast these spells once each at their lowest level. Once you cast them, you must finish a long rest before you can cast them again using this feat. Your spellcasting ability for these spells is Wisdom. You can use spell slots you have from the Spellcasting feature to cast these spells, as well.
