Prerequisite: Requires that you remember to drown

The Undertow - a place between everywhere else, a current running just under reality's surface to wherever you need to go. Drowned in the depths by the Leviathan Between Realms, you have gained the ability to rip watery holes in the Material plane to swim wherever you need to go.

This feature has 2 charges. You can expend one charge of it to dive into a solid surface as an action, and teleport by emerging at a location you can see within 60 feet of you. You can expend an additional charge of it to cause a rippling rift to form in your starting space and at your destination until the end of your next turn. A creature can use its action to dive into either rift and teleport to the other.

You can also expend one charge as an action to duplicate the effects of the Dimension Door. Using the feat in this way permanently bonds your mind to the Leviathan's - at any point in the future, it can force you to make a DC17 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by it and be forced to obey its telepathic commands for 1 minute. If you succeed on this save, it can't try to control you again for the next 24 hours. Every time you cast the spell in this way after the first, the DC of this save cumulatively increases by 1. The DC decreases by 1 each time you are targeted by a Remove Curse spell, but it can't be reduced below 17 or removed permanently by any means.
