Arcane strike

You can expend 1 spell slot of first level or greater to gain the following benefits for your next attack.

• The attack and all damage is considered magical for the purpose of over coming nonmagical resistances.
• Add bonus to hit equal to the spell slot used, ie if a 4th level spell was used add +4 to the attack roll to hit.
• Add a number of d4 equal to the spell slot used, ie if a 4th level spell was used add 4d4 to the damage.
• choose a damage type
  • Arcane strike
    • fire
    • cold
    • lightning
    • acid

***This ability does not stack with the warlock's eldritch smite, nor the paladin's divine smite
