Friendly creatures inside are tended to by a fox spirit; they may spend hit dice during their turn as if it were a short rest, adding your spellcasting score onto the roll for their healing, and gain half cover from attacks. Hostile creatures make a wisdom save against your Dream spell at the start of their turn, or when they enter the area they fall asleep (magical) and are under the effects of Dream.
