You are adept at flourishing your weapon, and causing that flourish to inflict a bit of damage. Each of your melee weapon attacks made with a sword (any kind) or dagger increased their base damage by 1d4 of the same damage type.
Example. A dagger normally does 1d4 piercing damage, and with this feat, it would increase to 2d4.
