You have been given a new life through the gift of the mother. The reincarnation has permanently altered your physical makeup. Your spirit has been brought back in the form of a myconid or mushroom warrior. You have inherited the innate spellcasting abilities stored within the fungal network of your ancestors. These abilities allow you to cast nondetection on yourself at will, without needing a material component. You can also cast each of the following spells once with this ability: find familiar, and disguise self. You regain the ability to cast these spells when you finish a long rest.
The Mother protects her most devoted children. When you take damage from a creature that is within 10 feet of you, you can use your reaction to release spores. The creature that dealt damage to you must make a Constitution saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + the ability modifier of the score increased by this feat). On a failed save, the creature takes 2d8 poison damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
As part of the fungal network, you have been given access to rapore spores. You may as an action, extend rapport spores in a 20-foot radius. These spores can go around corners and affect only creatures with an Intelligence of 2 or higher that aren't undead, constructs, or elementals. Affected creatures can communicate telepathically with one another while they are within 30 feet of each other. The effect lasts for 1 hour.
