Prerequisite: Requires a Constitution score of 15 or higher
You have become accustomed to the stress of picking up and moving constantly. No amount of ambushes can keep you from getting a good night's sleep in. You gain the following benefits:
You can finish any short or long rest in half the time, and if your rest is interrupted, you can pick it up without having to make up the lost time. Any spell slots you recover this way cannot exceed your proficiency bonus and you must finish a regular rest to recover higher levels.
Additionally, at the end of a rest, you gain 5 temporary hitpoints.
