You are cursed with a special branch of lycanthropy.
Lycanoids were seeded in the material plane by Delsyn, the demon prince of sadistic hunting, who takes extreme enjoyment in his prey's suffering and fear, often hunting his realm of Herzwald for sport. His home plane resembles a deep forest of perpetual night full of dark places where terrifying things hide. Delsyn never often kills adventurers entering his plane, but often releases them them with his curse to spread to the material plane. It is because of this new worlds can be afflicted by this curse. Delsyn's form is that of a large Lycanoid wolf, he is often accompanied by 2 Enormous dire wolves name Tyris and Algis. despite this curse having originated with Delsyn a not insignificant amount have deviated from his Ideas, often striking out on their own, ruling as gamemasters, barkeeps, or mercenaries.
You have 3 charges of this feat, regaining them every long rest.
It costs one charge to change forms at will.
While changing there is a cumulative 20 percent change that you enter a rage state for one minute. This chance is reduced by 1% for every level you gain while under this curse.
During this state you use all abilities you have to attack other characters, friend or foe. However you ignore other lycanoids of the same species.
Form 1 (humanoid)
basic humanoid race: no affect, you play as normal.
Form 2 (hybrid)
Your stature is that of a humanoid however your body takes the form of a hulking mass of fur topped by the head of the beast of your choice. you can use non natural weapons but with disadvantage.
at level 5 you can use a multiattack striking twice with claw attacks.
Form 3 (animal)
This form resembles the animal you chose on acquiring this feat. you are indistinguishable from a normal animal while in this state.
Actions:
Claw (hybrid only) You make one claw attack dealing (1d6 + strength modifier + your Level) slashing damage. This counts as a finesse weapon.
Bite (hybrid and beastial) bite a target dealing 2d4 piercing damage. If the target is humanoid, the target must make a Wisdom saving throw with the DC being your level however this DC cannot go below 10.
While afflicted with this madness the enemy will attack the nearest character aside from you. If no character other than you is present they will instead spend the duration prone curled into the fetal position crying about fangs in the dark. Until they can sense a character other than you. at the end of this madness the target must make the same Saving throw throw or gain this special form of interminable madness (It hunts me from the dark). If they acquire this type of madness again they are cursed with this feat.
