When the werebat player character is in a terrified or high stress state (as defined by the DM), the DM will call for a percentile roll once at the start of each of the player character's turns until they exit the terrified or high stress state. If this takes place during the full moon, use the modified results below.
[roll]1d100[/roll]
1-70: Success; PC may take their turn as normal
71-90: Fail; PC takes the Shapechanger action (hybrid form)
91-100: Fail; PC takes the Shapechanger action (giant bat form)
If (and only if) rolling during the full moon, use the modified results below.
[roll]1d100[/roll]
1-50: Success; PC may take their turn as normal
51-80: Fail; PC takes the Shapechanger action (hybrid form)
81-100: Fail; PC takes the Shapechanger action (giant bat form)
If the PC's percentile roll results in a fail, the PC loses control of their character. At the start of each of the PC's turns, they must make a percentile roll using whichever table above is relevant. The PC will regain control on a success or when the werebat becomes unconcious.
If the werebat is grappled, incapacitated, or restrained, add 20 to the highest possible success result.
