With this feat, you are able to select both an Ability Score Increase, and a Feat, when you level up at the appropriate levels for your class.
To take this feat, you must be at least 6th level, and have 5 of your 6 Ability Scores (Dexterity, Wisdom, etc) be equal or above 10.
