Versatile Ranger

You have honed your combat skills to wield versatile weapons with deadly precision, even in the midst of two-weapon combat.

When you choose this feat, you gain the following benefits:

• You can use two-weapon fighting with versatile weapons. When you take the Attack action and attack with a versatile weapon, you can use a bonus action to make an additional attack with another versatile weapon. The additional attack's damage die is the same as the weapon you are using.

• You can add your Dexterity modifier to the damage roll of the additional attack when using two-weapon fighting with versatile weapons.

• When you take the Attack action on your turn and attack with a versatile weapon, you can forgo one of your attacks to perform a special combat maneuver. If the weapon has the versatile property, you can make a special melee attack with the weapon using your Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. This attack deals damage based on the weapon's damage type and the weapon's versatile damage die.

• You can use this special combat maneuver a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
