Long practice in attacking the unaware has given you an edge in ambush execution:

• Increase your Dexterity or Intellegence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
• Creatures have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks to spot you while you are under the effects of the Hide action.
