This feat is a DM tool for times when things just need to be known. Nothing has to be near the player but they hear words that someone is either saying to them from afar or just a passing thought to guide them in the right direction. The only thing needed is an air of mystery and creativity. It is not specific to any race or species and can be done to and through any and all races & species
