***Boon of Superior Magic***
You gain Expertise with a skill that uses Charisma, Intelligence or Wisdom. You learn two cantrips of your choice, and a single 3rd level spell of your choice. Once you cast this spell you can't do so again till you finish a long rest. If you have spell slots you can use them to cast this spell. When a target fails one of your spell saves, you can use your reaction to regain the spell slot spent on the spell. Once you use this ability, you can’t use it again until the start of a new dawn.
