Prerequisite: Must be a Tabaxi
Some tabaxi(s..?) choose to hone their feline instincts, and in some cases act more "cat like" (this may contradict their actual appearance though). You gain the following benefits.
- When you take falling damage, you can use a reaction to reduce the amount of d6's you will take by an amount equal to your proficiency bonus. Additionally if you still take falling damage, make an Acrobatics check against a DC of (8 + the amount of d6's you take in damage). If you succeed this check, you do not fall prone.
- Once per turn, if you move before making an attack, you can choose to pounce as part of that attack. If you moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a one-handed attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a Strength saving throw with a DC of (8 + your proficiency bonus + (the # of ft traveled straight before the pounce divided 5, rounded down/nearest map tile)) or be knocked Prone. A creature has disadvantage on this saving throw if you are hidden from them, or otherwise did not notice you.
- When you make a Perception, Investigation, or Insight check to find anything out of the "ordinary", you choose to roll it a advantage, but doing so will not "teach" you about anything specific about it. You will usually only fine out about it's general direction and the general result of said thing.
