Non-combat power:
Pocket Dimensions: The user can create small pocket dimensions, warping space to generate an extra-dimensional space that they can use for storage. This can be incredibly useful for carrying supplies, hiding valuable items, or storing large loot that wouldn't normally fit in a backpack.
Combat power: 5 per short rest
Space Manipulation: The user has the ability to manipulate space in various ways, such as:
Teleportation: The user can bend the space around them to move instantaneously from one location to another. *This can be used for evasive maneuvers, surprise attacks, or to quickly close the gap between the user and their enemies*. (You move 30 feet to unoccupied space that you can see. Requires 1 ki to per use.)
Spatial Slicing: As a bonus action, the user can use their power over space to distort it in a way that it acts as a blade they can wield, cutting through enemies or obstacles. This blade can use either dexterity or strength as it's modifier, and does force damage equal to one of the user's martial arts die in force damage.
Drawback:
Water Weakness: As with all Devil Fruit users, the user of the Uchu Uchu no Mii, becomes a "hammer" in water and cannot swim or use devil fruit powers. (The user has cold damage vulnerability)
Sea Stone Weakness: As is the case with all Devil Fruit users, the user of the Uchu Uchu no Mi becomes unable to use the power of the Devil Fruit when in physical contact with Sea Stone in addition to having their strength drained slightly.
