Upon taking this feat, you are granted the ability to grow a bliss flower once per long rest. Bliss flowers can be used on an unconscious or willing creature to make them into an "angel." When used on a character, they will be placed under the bliss, causing them to receive disadvantage on all intelligence rolls, and their Charisma becomes zero. however, they receive advantage on strength and constitution rolls. While under the bliss they are completely susceptible to all commands given by a bliss manipulator.
You can have a maximum of three angels, and one VIP simultaneously. to create a VIP you require 3 bliss flower to be used under a character whom is already addicted or under the bliss effects.
When a character is under the effects of the bliss, a slight greenish grey fog comes off of their head, this cannot be hidden.
