gain proficiency with whips

when you hit an enemy with a whip attack action, you can choose one of the following

knock the enemy prone (Dc 10 + dex)

disarm the enemy (Dc 10 + str)

grapple the enemy (DC 10 + dex) while an enemy is grappled this way yo can no longer make attacks with the whip

you can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest
