Frequent practice and near excessive time with magical items has sharpened your abilities. After taking this feat you are able to attune to a number of items equal to your proficiency bonus. In addition, you are now able to half the time it takes to attune to an item. You may also make an Arcana check, DC of 10 + 1 for each level of rarity, to determine the number of charges an unattuned item has left.
