You have learned the most efficient ways of using a dagger and the best places to strike to cause maximum damage.
This Feat grants you Proficiency in the Medicine Skill. When using a dagger as your PRIMARY weapon, you can make an extra attack with that weapon as part of the Attack Action against the same opponent as the first attack was made (this is NOT applicable to off-handed weapon use). If you make a successful attack with a dagger with the NATURAL ROLL meeting or exceeding the Armor Class of your opponent, the opponent must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 14) or he gains the Bleed Condition. At Level 8, you no longer have to have a NATURAL ROLL that meets or exceeds the Armor Class of your opponent to produce this effect, just a successful attack.
The Bleed Condition lasts for 4 rounds, dealing an additional 4 points of damage on the turn in which the attack was made, 3 points at the start of your next turn, 2 points at the start of your following turn, and 1 point at the start of your turn following that. At the start of that creature's turn on each of these subsequent rounds, the opponent can reroll the Constitution Saving Throw (DC 14) to stop the Bleed Condition.
The Bleed Condition does NOT stack. Additional Bleed Conditions cannot be applied to an opponent already suffering from a Bleed Condition.
