You are forced to roll a constitution saving throw at three points during the day. When these occur is up to the DM. If you fail, you suffer a level of exhaustion and one other effect from the options below.
If you fail 2 or more of your daily saves, you must roll a wisdom saving throw when you attempt to go to sleep. Failure results in a level of exhaustion when you wake up, and one of the options below.
