Tieflings have always been a violent race, but for a rare few however, whenever they experience the strongest of negative emotions, they can tap into their true potential. Taking on an ancestral form akin to what Tieflings of old were: Barbaric monsters of immense power.
Easy Prey. A creature that is unconscious, restrained, prone, blinded, paralyzed, frightened or bleeding profusely. The DM may consider other circumstances that would define a target as easy prey or not (children, weakly humanoid, disarmed targets, surrendered enemies, etc.)
