The Right Hand of Death

You have made a pact with the night god and he has granted you this boon.

• Any creature you hit on your turn cannot recover any hit points until the start of your next turn.
• As a reaction, you can chose to force a creature you can see that is making death saving throws to re-roll a death saving throw and take the lower value. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
• As a reaction, you can chose to force a creature you can see that is making death saving throws to fail one save. You can do this once per long rest.
• You suffer no negative consequences from any disease you carry.
• If you carry a disease, you can use an action to spread it to a creature you touch.
• You are Immune to necrotic damage.
• You add your proficiency bonus to any source of necrotic damage you inflict.
• You age at twice the normal rate, and you will die when you live one year past the life expectancy of your species. If you are already past the life expectancy of your species, you will die one year after receiving this boon.
• You have disadvantage on medicine checks.
