You tap into your lifeless body, drawing on necromantic energy. You get the following benefits:

• Increase any score by 1 to a max of 20.
• You have resistance to necrotic damage.
• You can Polymorph yourself without a spell slot or components. You can turn into an Undead rather than a Beast when you do.
• Once used, you can't do so until you finish a long rest.
