The Raven Queen's Favor

Any members of the Shattered Collective, who are shadar-kai, receive this particular blessing from the Raven Queen after passing a test of their loyalty.  Only shadar-kai can benefit from this feat.  This feat doubles how far they can teleport using their Blessing of the Raven Queen feature to a maximum of 60 feet.  In addition, if they are not wearing armor, they also receive a +2 bonus to their armor class (AC) and gain an additional 10 feet to their walking speed.
