While the extent of your power is still undiscovered, you still gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Dexterity or Constitution score by l, to a maximum of 20.
• Your movement is increased by 15ft.
• At the top of every round of combat, you can roll a d4+con of healing to use on either yourself or another creature.
• When you are reduced to 0 hp but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a short rest.
• You have advantage on dexterity saving throws.
• You are able to stick and climb up vertical surfaces. 
• You are able to extend your reach by 5 feet via tendrils. 

Flaws:

• Has to make a constitution saving throw if they hear an unnaturally loud sound. On failure, they immediately flee from the location of the sound.
