Demonic Retaliation

Prerequisite: Abyssal Hunter subclass

• You no longer have disadvantage on ranged weapon attacks made within 5 feet of a hostile creature.

• Whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to channel your demonic energy and retaliate. Make a ranged weapon attack against the attacking creature. If the attack hits, the target takes necrotic damage equal to your Wisdom modifier plus your Ranger level. This damage is not affected by your Infernal Infusion ability.

• You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.
