Prerequisite: Non-casters must roll a DC10 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the player character experiences a mild migraine (1d4 psychic damage). Characters who routinely use magic do not need to roll a CON save.
Someone you know (mentor, colleague, friend, loved one, or anyone else close to you) wants to help you keep in touch. They already have access to the Sending spell, and they are able to grant the spell to you.
You are able to cast Sending.
NOTE: The player character must have a positive relationship with the being who has access to Sending. The spell can target any being (i.e., it is not limited to the grantor). The player character has access to sending even if the relationship changes/ends or if the grantor dies.
