Being a very happy and go lucky character (requirement: good or neutral character, no chaotic) you always seem to have a positive impact on the plane your located in. By always being appreciative of the surrounding the gods sometimes bless you when you are least likely to notice their intervention (long rests). But for these interventions to come true it sometimes takes a strong vessel that not many own (Level requirement, I chose 8 as my base level requirement but can be changed depending on dm or campaign).
