Therianthropy

Either by birth or by wound, you now carry the blood of the Therians. You can transform your body into that of a beast, a person or somewhere in the middle. Be it a wolf, a bear, a boar, or a rat, the full moon brings it out of you.

If you are under the full moon or if you are damaged by the Moonbeam spell, you immediately change into your Therian form and become hostile to all creatures within a 60ft radius. This effect lasts until you become unconscious or are affected by the Calm Emotions spell.
