Having been blessed by the True Devil of Lacrimosa, you are granted many boons but there are caveats to each, so think wisely which you activate. Lacrimosa is bound only by the reality it exists in, extra dimensionally it is one of the 5 most powerful beings in all of existence.
You have 2 charges, and for every 3 levels starting at 0, you gain 1 more.
Wings of the Enlightened.
You can fly double your movement speed as wings of ruptured and carved stone explode from your back. You can also BA Light beam from your position, DC 10 + Wis Mod Save single target, 3d8 + CON Mod Radiant or Necrotic Damage. (Condition, DC 10 Wis save or you fall unconscious)
Soul of Holy Brimstone.
You gain 3d6 + Wis Mod temporary HP, your attacks gain advantage when you go before the creature in initiative as well, for a BA you can burst in a 30 foot radius while active to grant 1d6 + Wis Mod temporary HP. (Condition, Those who consider you a close friend, partner, or lover will take 1d6 fire damage every turn while active.)
True Potential.
This requires 4 charges to activate. You call upon Lacrimosa for a split second as the world around you freezes. You simply state something, and if it can be done, it will. (Condition, you take 8d6 Necrotic Damage and lose 10 maximum HP until you Long Rest.)
There is one last ability granted through relation with a Sinners Demon. Lacrimosa is a vessel of energy and power and thus controls the power of all devils and demons.
Wrath - Attacks gain 2d6 fire damage as well, you gain another attack on your attack action.
Lust - You can cast charm person on a free action with a DC 16 (works on only one target at a time)
Pride - You gain advantage on all ability checks
Sloth - You can Long Rest as a Free Action once per day.
Greed - If a person is charmed by you, they are willing to do much more for you, except the rule of harm themselves.
Envy - Allows you to summon the spirit of a Sin to work with you, making them a physical creature.
Gluttony - All damage translates to Necrotic, and if that damage kills a target, they are absorbed and you heal half their maximum HP.
