The Theory Of Arcano-Permanence Image
Prerequisite: Must be a spellcaster

You understand the "Theory of Arcano-Permanence", which describes the Weave and the fundamentals of capturing its power in magical objects. With it, you are able to create Spell Constructs for spells up to the 5th Spell Level.

Creating Spell Constructs - The process of creating a Spell Construct is nearly identical to Scribing a Spell Scroll, with the exception that the cost is multiplied by 10. In addition, when creating a Spell Construct, the creator must define the following parameters: the Spell, the Spell Level, and the Casting Modifier. The Spell Level must be equal to or higher than the minimum spell-slot required to case the Spell. The Spell Level parameter determines the cost of the Spell Construct. During the last workday (or workweek for constructs of the 4th-6th Spell Level), the creator must also be able to cast the Spell with all the selected parameters.

Spell Construct - A construct can hold up to one charge of a spell. When expended, it can be recharged by any spellcaster, provided that the cast spell follows the same parameters as selected when it was first created. In addition, any spell caster that uses the same Casting Modifier can cast the selected Spell, consuming a spell-slot of the same Spell Level or higher, even if they do not have the spell prepared or in their list of Spells Known. The Spell's effects are always determined by the Spell Level parameter, even if a higher spell-slot was used.

A character with this feat can teach this to another creature. They must spend 1 month together of study and 5000 gp of testing materials. For each two days of interruption, the total required time of study is increased by 1 day. At the end of the study, the creature attempting to learn this feat must role a DC 30 Arcana check. The instructor's Intelligence modifier is also added to the check. No other bonuses or buffs are allowed for this check expect for Guidance from a Cleric of either the Arcana or Knowledge, a blessing from Mystra or similar deity of Magic, or a wish (which grants Advantage).

If an Artificer gains this feat, they get the Spellbook Wizard class feature.
